A Senate Super Majority?

There is a growing fear that our current system is not truly representative after all. It's said that 70% of our Senate could be under control by less than 30% of the population by 2040. That's not fair & balanced representation.That is why the #ruralmajority is so critical and building networks and lifting the voices of rural residents will be critical in 2019 and beyond.
